For the best results, we recommend baking your Batch muffins in a silicon muffin pan. Silicone heats more gently than metal, which means muffins bake through evenly without over-browning. The result is a softer, more tender muffin. Exactly how Batch is meant to be enjoyed.

For the best results, we strongly recommend using a silicone muffin pan to bake your Batch Balanced favorites.
Made of 100% pure silicone and BPA-free, our silicone muffin pans are easy to clean, dishwasher safe and allow for a quick and easy release of your tasty muffins. Available in both regular and mini sizes. Choose the pan that best suits your needs or opt for both to switch things up every now and then!
One batch makes 12 regular muffins or 48 mini muffins. A serving size is two regular muffins or eight mini muffins.
Baking Instructions:
For best results, bake at 365° on the middle rack for 20-30 minutes or 10-15 minutes for mini muffins. Muffins are done when inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let muffins cool for 30 minutes prior to enjoying or refrigerating. Baked muffins can be refrigerated for up to seven days.

Hi, I’m Megan. Founder of Batch Balanced and mom of four.
Batch began in my home kitchen as a simple way to feed my family real food that tasted good and made us feel our best. After nearly being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder in my 20s, I learned how much balanced nutrition impacts energy, hormones, and overall health. So I started creating high-protein muffins with wholesome ingredients to support blood sugar balance and make healthy eating easy even on our busiest days.
What began as a personal solution quickly became a bigger mission: to make real nourishment simple, accessible, and actually enjoyable for individuals and families everywhere.
