Hi, I’m Megan. Founder of Batch Balanced and mom of four.

Batch began in my home kitchen as a simple way to feed my family real food that tasted good and made us feel our best. After nearly being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder in my 20s, I learned how much balanced nutrition impacts energy, hormones, and overall health.
