Do you ship?
Yes, we ship all lower 48 US States. SHOP HERE We have a flat rate shipping fee (there may be an added charge if your location requires a second day air shipment).
Orders over $100 ship FREE
Orders over $200 ship FREE for a second day air shipment.
Do you deliver?
We currently deliver every Tuesday in Des Moines and surrounding areas (within a 20-mile radius) and Davenport (within a 15 mile radius). You’ll receive a text notification when we are on our way and when we’ve dropped off your batter. For special delivery requests, please email email@example.com. The deadline for Tuesday delivery is Monday at midnight.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within 20 miles of Des Moines and 15 miles of Davenport. We’ve also partnered with Chilled Freezer Meals for Eastern Iowa pickup and delivery. Learn more about ordering Batch Balanced through Chilled Freezer Meals. If you place an order and are outside of our normal delivery range, we’ll contact you to make alternate arrangements.
How much does delivery cost?
Our flat delivery fee is $7. However, delivery is free on orders of $100 or more with code FREE100 at checkout!
Do I need to be home when you deliver?
Nope, there’s no need for you to be home right at the time of delivery. However, if you won’t be home we do recommend leaving a cooler on your porch to receive your order. Because our batter is frozen it’s important that someone moves the batches into a freezer/refrigeration within a couple of hours.
Do you offer pickup options?
Yes! For Des Moines locals, we offer pickup weekly in West Des Moines on Tuesdays between 4:00 - 7:30 at YogaSix — 140 Jordan Creek Pkwy Suite 130, West Des Moines, IA 50266. For special pickup requests, email firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
For Davenport locals, pickup is available by request at 2109 East 61st Street. Text (563) 210-6496 to make arrangements.
We’ve also partnered with Chilled Freezer Meals to make pickup an option for those in eastern Iowa. Learn more about ordering Batch Balanced through Chilled Freezer Meals.
What if I need to order more?
We get it, sometimes you forget to add batches or a silicone muffin pan to your order! If you ever place extra orders for the same delivery date please email email@example.com for a refund on the duplicate delivery fees.
