Simply Thaw, Squeeze, and Bake

THAW

Move your batch from the freezer to the refrigerator overnight (or thaw on the counter if you’re short on time).
Once thawed, the batter should feel smooth and pliable.

SQUEEZE

Cut a small corner off the bag and pipe the batter directly into your silicone muffin pan. Each batch makes 12
mindfully balanced standard muffins or 48 mini muffins when baked in our silicone pans.

BAKE

Bake at 365°F on the middle rack for 20-30 minutes or 10-15 minutes for mini muffins. Muffins are ready when
the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let muffins cool for about 30 minutes before enjoying or storing. This allows the texture to fully set just like any
freshly baked muffin.
