When do you deliver? 

Batch Balanced currently delivers every Tuesday in Des Moines + 20 mile radius and Davenport + 15 mile radius. You will receive a text notifications when we are on our way and when we've dropped off your batches. For special delivery requests please email hello@batchbalanced.com. Deadline for Tuesday delivery is Monday at midnight.

Do I need to be home when you deliver?

There's no need to be home right at the time of delivery.  If you will not be home we recommend leaving a cooler on your porch to receive your order. Because the batches are frozen it will be important that someone move the batches into freezer/refrigeration within a couple of hours.

How much does delivery cost?

Our flat rate delivery fee is $7. Delivery is FREE on orders of $100 or more with code FREE100 at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere within 20 miles of Des Moines and 15 miles of Davenport. We have partnered with Chilled Freezer Meals for Eastern Iowa pickup and delivery. Learn more about ordering Batch Balanced through Chilled Freezer Meals. If you place an order and are outside of our normal delivery range, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements.

Can I pick up my batches?

We offer pickup weekly in West Des Moines on Mondays 4:30-6:30 at YogaSix 140 Jordan Creek Pkwy Suite 130, West Des Moines, IA 50266. For special pickup requests email hello@batchbalanced.comto make arrangements.

Davenport pickup by request at 2109 East 61st Street, Davenport, IA 52807. Text 563-210-6496 to make arrangements.

What if I need to order more?

We know that sometimes you forget to add batches or a silicone muffin pan to your order, so if you ever place extra orders for the same delivery date, please email hello@batchbalanced.com for a refund on the duplicate delivery fees.
